Allana began her career with Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering several knee injuries through many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana's first rugby league match for women came in 2015. Her performance was impressive against Queensland and also represented New South Wales. Allana has added radio to her repertoire, and she makes regular appearances as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana, who is not only a sportswoman as well as a teacher who has a a degree in education, has an extensive background beyond sports. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos star and qualified teacher in addition to her sporting career, has represented Australia three times in touch football, rugby league, and the rugby sevens.
